An engineering, development and surveying company that works on long term land develpoment projects across New Zealand.

The solution

Candor³ offer engineering and surveying services for land development projects that typically run for several years, it’s not uncommon for there to be several changes each month during the project lifecycle that effect the timing and cost of the project. ( example: number of lots )

With each change, both time and costs need to be revised. We have developed a unified tool that allows Candor³ to create detailed sales proposals from templates which once accepted can then be managed as projects.

When there is a change in a project, the application supports the updates for key project information, contract revisions as well as the project plan.
